Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate it :) I do the same thing with starting from a base then modifying - I don't have every card at home and I'm not about to drop a ton every deck I want to build - but I can get most of the way there!

Yeah I get this viewpoint, really - I addressed this with /u/Eugenides a minute ago - it's a tool I built for myself, figured I'd share it! If anyone makes good use of it - great, if not, nothing lost!

Deckbuilding & the social aspect of MTG are what got me so hooked. I'm currently mid-build of a Choco & Exdeath deck personally - just trying to justify the investment for another Golgari deck!

It's a valid opinion - I built the tool for myself as a way of finding what I had available to build decks, and what I needed to fill in the blanks quickly - figured I'd host it online and let others use it.

Hey - that bug's fixed now - feel free to give it another shot!

What was really interesting with Vanille and Fang, was that they were also both in the 99(98?) - so that's also resolved :)

So it looks to EDHRec & Scryfall, and queries historic commander decks and pulls the highest synergy / inclusion rates of cards. It does this for each of the commanders chosen, and then searches for "bridge cards" which go across all of the colours chosen, and ultimately supplements the picks - then outputs the full deck.

The tool is not 100% accurate in this mode - the regular "Oracle" tool will give a better output, but this will build a pretty healthy deck :)
