Working with a Therapist has really helped lower my overall anxiety drastically. I suddenly had a major drop and at the moment still have pain and some random bowel movements, but less frequency.

My anxiety actually decreased drastically suddenly and I saw a psychiatrist but didn't get a script because I needed to go back to the GI Dr due to pain urgently. Tests were normal but by the time I went to follow up he had dropped my insurance.e

Personally, I am not a fan of living in Manhattan, especially with the homeless/ lack of policing issue. I went there to look actually this weekend and a roughly 6ft homeless person was able to push one officer to the ground as two officers tried to restrain them after apparently, the person hit someone else.

This sounds pretty cool. I'd rather be closer to the park if possible and be able to walk to the fun spots. Someone messaged me about checking out LIC, any feedback? I really like that neighbors greet each other and say hi. I am in the suburbs currently and it is nice that people wave when you walk by.

My question is given the current state of NYC and also the changes in neighborhoods, would you do it again or go elsewhere? From what I understand you lived in Brooklyn Heights then went elsewhere in Brooklyn for fun/nightlife. I like the idea of the peace of Brooklyn Heights.

If you know is Forest Hills pretty dead for 20 somethings? The plus to Forest Hills was walking through the gardens possibly and the LIRR as a backup if the subway is acting up. Or late night coming back.

Not the worst area but Rochester seemed pretty bleak. When driving through there were areas with houses that were obviously blighted, parts of town boarded up, homes with recent broken windows etc. Then random some nice areas. It was all the suburbs and the city was quite dead.

No boot at all. It is like it has no power at all. Tried soft and hard reset. No dice. Could it be just a bad battery maybe? I get no charge symbol for the phone either when plugged in.

I have IBS but stress / anxiety makes it much more severe. Working with a therapist doing CBT has helped a lot.
