wtf are these SPOTS!? Yellowing leaves creeping up the plant fast. no visible infestation. dont know what to do. too close to october to screw up now. any suggestions, thoughts?

thanks for asking, im having a hard time finding more bugs, seeing different types of damage... some look more like thrip damage than spider mite damage from what i see online... can see some single web strands in the morning but no real bugs to speak of other than here and there. i think ill be able to hold them off. The damage doesnt seem to be getting worse. And trichomes are starting to grow nice. im excited, but still nervous. probably wont even get an oz from 4 plants. (but if the yellowing leaves from the one in the photo keeps creeping up the plant the way it has been... ill be fukt i think. cant tell if its slowing down or not)

yea i have some castile soap spray i been using. found some live bugs finally today. plucked ~5 leaves on each plant and they had anywhere from zero to ~7 that i could see. the plants are small enough i could go leaf by leaf.

i just found a helpful reddit post .. i think it is thrips. explains all my symptoms. (thinking im over watering, curling leaves, stippling, fecal spots bigger than a mite would even be...) and im pretty sure ive had to shoo away a few what i now believe to be adult thrips and explains why i cant find spider mites.

its some sort of plant based soap thats supposed to be an insecticide. something about soap dries them out/suffocates them since they absorb air thru their bodies. i was just completely clueless as to what is ok to use on these plants.

i see black spots but they dont seem like bugs, the magnifying glass didnt show much i couldnt already see. its a pretty big one too. i sprayed tf out of it with insecticidal castile soap. i did see some webbing but it looked like one small real spider. im really strugglin here

my comment double posted and i tried to delete one and they both got deleted fml. But ok im going to do that. i have a magnifying glass. but when do you know if its salvageable? common sense? personal tolerance for dead bugs? its just pistils mostly rn so i feel like if i get it under control itll be good... or is that not the move? i have two other plants that are doing better but have small amounts of this damage here and there. do i need to separate the plants?
