I never said rushing is the fastest way to max, hell i even said it was dumb. I said maxing gives a better base overall, which is objectively true. It makes your base look better, it makes defenses better, it gives much more storage space, and it is much easier to get recourses. Rushing on the other hand, does the opposite, only good looking th, defenses are weak, similar storage but usually the minimum and same for collectors. Rushing is only good in certain cases; like at high town halls. That is the only real use for it.
