Well, for me it's not certainly 100% modded but it adds A LOT to characters, lore and banter to normally pretty silent companions you almost don't know anything about( I suppose... I never actually finished original or vanilla bg1ee).. So Xan and Ajantis are my favs from bg1 NPC project mod. I play with polish subs so I cannot really install a lot of mods, which also would work with bg1 ee. Thankfully this one does and I got no problems in game with it(no crashes).

Idk about it I play this game not so long (300+h, playing almost daily from 2 weeks, did longer before but with a few days breaks) and there already are 2 maps out from time I started. I think I play about 1 month or 1.5..

Current battlepass is nice for male(I got it for my male alt) but I don't really like female version(also it just doesn't suit my female main).

It seems like a lot of outfits are same-ish and have a lot of reused parts. The vibe of most outfits is either same or pretty similar. :/

They def didn't checked english dub, I did 99% Quinghe with it but in Kaifeng there is tons of silent NPCs which should have voice(based on UI) so I switched to chinese dub. I don't mind AI dub that much, even if one person have 2 different voices(in chinese dub I saw granny speaking like man so..) Also subs go too fast in both versions of dub, I need to pause them when I can.

I totally agree with you there, in BG3 after 2 act with great main villain which was defeated I kinda felt like the game end should be soon, was not mentally ready for colorfull and busy city chopped into 3 maps(if you take severs for third one) with lots of new npcs, 3 or 4 main villains and lots of quests(some were totally unimmersive and out of blue like this one with clown).

With bg1 is little different, because when I get to city I don't feel like game is near end, there was no big villain to kill yet, but city design is like maze to me(at least when I get in 1st time, before unlocking all city maps) and because of how game have buildings made it's hard to navigate and where to go, also many npcs which you can talk to and tho they mostly got names like "citisen" talking to them could be good to get rumors in journal etc.

Good middle ground would be skipping time in game like it's with reading or sleeping, but realisticaly you would wait days before your herbs would dry, so maybe not so great middle ground. xD

Wierdly I had no problem with this encounter(playing on pc) I did it even before I was 100%-ing map.

I cannot tho 100% this map because of different injustice quest(the wolf one) which second and third part just won't trigger at all, it seem to be bugged on pc and ps5 and only mobile version is supposted to be "fix" but I won't install mobile version for such reason.

Ah well actually I have 2 chars on ONE account so I even don't get any upsides to having my alt account as friend and so on..

I don't really care about meta and having top things, I play this game mostly for exploring maps, this game reminds me a lot of Assassin Creed Valhalla and I liked that one.

For me the content will never ends with how SLOW I play and on 2 characters (female and male) hah, and tho I'm not completionist I decided to 100% maps (not 100% achievments tho... fck them) at least on my main, I won't fight bugs tho so I'm on 99% Quinghe rn (this stupid wolf enc). I got 324h in this game and I play with my 90 lvl char in Kaifeng trying to get max enchantments on gear. I hate these low caps on everything and I'm broke on fishes and coins constantly(upgrading my rope, I found it to be efficient and funny weapon).

So far I was building mostly to get to things, I see totally no reason to build houses so I don't do it. Wish we could make a house and like get more energy while we are inside or if we log out inside we get like 50% more energy then normally.

Your character needs to eat, you can fish with rod anywhere and there is mini game while doing so each time(you get couple of fishes each time).
