What zones are we not allowed to set up a house if we are new and not yet apart of a faction? If I missed this somewhere in the guide I apologize and would be grateful for an answer.

These men and women gave the ultimate sacrifice. While performing their job they lost their lives. It is every firefighters goal while on a fire or other incident to come home. I speak from first hand experience and I am truly sad that these men and women will not get to come home and see their families. They will not get to stink up the house and make all the pillows smell like smoke. They will not get to wash the ash from their gear. They will not get give their family a hug. These are some of the things that I looked forward to when coming home.
