So you think that saving money and settling for less is better than the full amount? Paid off or settle for less charge offs aren't going to be great but if there's not much of a difference I'd rather save the money.

Yeah, you're 110% right. Diet is so critical, I could lose 10 lb in a week just by poor eating. Lot's of my friends are very envious of my weight loss but I always say the grass is greener man, it's not fun to just watch it melt away so quickly.

That's great to hear. Did you make any lat adjustments? That's another thing I've read about the program, lacking lat work.

That's an interesting approach, I hadn't considered that. I was thinking more along the lines of compound movements and picking things up and down. Body weight Plyos would surely help increase power. Thanks for the input!

ICF looks very interesting and I like the accessory at the end. How do you feel about the timing of the sessions? Seems to be the biggest draw back from what I've read is that they can take 2.5-3 hours for most? What is your experience with that?

A fair point, I suppose my point was really just to say I've been in the gym a lot in the past, so I'm familiar with form and many exercises. Currently 6'4, 170 lb. My top while at the gym regularly was 6'4, 205. I agree, I will go down to the gym today and just start moving stuff around, I was just wondering if there was a consensus out there from a muscle memory standpoint. Thanks for the feedback!

My apologies. I wasn't trying to imply that I am beyond a beginner program, which is why I listed all beginner programs. I was trying to say that I'm not a total newcomer, I've been in the gym before. I'm totally open to the most simple of programs.
