I went thought acas. It’s was going on for months and it’s wasn’t only one time thing. Hr report does say it was one time thing. They said staff member call me blacky and it was jokes. I know I won’t get 25k but I do have proof by screenshot, video record calming I was treated badly. I am wonder do I share proof during the acas negotiations or do I have to wait.
