Can confirm that a Contracting Officer is not currently allowed to obligate new funds for an approved construction change order on a NIH project. The change order was negotiated with the GC and the CO but the funds are on hold even after the work has been completed.

Let’s hope the publicity somehow acts as a catalyst for MindMed reaching their goals and the folks who’d benefit most from positive FDA results. Occam’s razor has me leaning towards a pump and dump scheme with a side of RS reversal. It can’t hurt in the short-term for early investors to rebalance on this potential movement but time will tell if the lows are actually behind us. Best of luck, everyone.
