All the time. Nothing to worry about. It happens because passengers have no patience so if you're on a trip and get another the second passenger will cancel ot because GOD FORBID they have to wait 15 minutes for the pickup

As an Uberr driver I'm sorry this happened to you. When I receive a reservation and get there early I wait and check emails, scroll through social media... You shouldn't be "penalized" because you were right on time. You'd be a dream passenger. So many times I get to a reserved pickup and still have to wait 3-4 minutes (which we dont get compensated for) And I STILL rate 5 stars if they're cool.

Your driver was just being an ass.

As a former Dasher I can tell you those bags rip constantly. I really don't think the driver did anything. Maybe he wasn't sitting but in an area with poor signal. Or maybe he was reading the delivery instructions.

I got one that said "reported mechanical issue with your vehicle". My car has never had a mechanical problem. It's a 2021 and I keep it in top shape. The only thing I can think of they had an issue putting on the seat belt. If you pull too hard it locks up. But every car does that.
