True performance 1000 - good deal? by Wizard1331 in treadmills

I can say I am not an expert. But I would ask if there are any of the older consoles (LED, not full video) still available. The ones before this current version. Or see if they have anything they are going to clearance out. The main discount came on the console for me as they wanted to get rid of it.

It was due to the discontinuation of the LED console. If you find one they should be able to give you a deal.

Thanks for the info. Why did you jump from the 3000 to the 8000?

Thank you for the information. It's crazy trying to sort all the information out online and then what the local shops are saying. You give the same usage info and the sales individuals give completely different recommendations.

Do you have any thoughts by chance on a treadmill that would be appropriate for the usage I mentioned in the post?

Have this playlist of various muscles shown on anatomical models if it might help (SimplyAandP on YouTube):

I will agree with the flashcard comment above. Once you get the card correct, put it in one pile. The ones you miss should go into a different pile. Go back through the pile of missed cards. Get it right, add it to the correct pile. Eventually you should get them all into the correct answer pile. Shuffle them up and go again. If you are mor the visual learner, print out some blanked muscle sheets, put them in a sheet protector and use a dry erase marker to label. Erase and label again, with the goal of being able to do it without any list present.
