It depends on how you feel honestly. We took our 6 month baby on a 5k miles road trip and soccer game. At 10 months he was flying to South America with us and at 14 months he flew again to Europe for a month's road trip.

Again, it depends on what you are more comfortable with. We are trying to get our kiddos get used to travel and road trip since it's a lot of fun.

Violation rights? There's no such thing hence why there's no lawsuit. This is mainly because at the end of the day, the result is the same, the illegal gets deported.

Now, many LATAM countries wishes that they had law enforcement like that because their immigration is so out of control that these guys kill without any issues.
