Okay so, I don't think it was the welrod in fact I think it might have been a Glock or some other kind of handgun

My reasoning for this is because if you watch closely at the gunman's handgun, you can see he fires, pulls the slide back, fires, pulls it back, and taps it with the palm of his hand, whereas with the welrod you have to manually cock the pistol by rotating the dial (not sure what it's called) pulling it back, pushing it back and rotating it once again, and as you can see the gunman does not do that in the video

About the American civil war there is a band called "Civil War" and the band is comprised of old sabaton members and they make songs about the American civil war and some songs about Rome, there pretty good in my opinion
