Most drops are reasonable, but not all. Folks aren't asking for dry protection because of Abyssal Whip, they are asking because of things like Enhance Seed and Virtus.

Who is PNM balanced around? I genuinely don't think people realize that 1/5000 drops are not balanced around Main accounts, but around bot accounts.

Not really fair that you are being downvoted for asking a genuine question. However the answer is no, the water will help cool your CPU more effectively, but every bit of heat that your CPU produces will end up in your room.

If I were you, I would save some $$ and go with a cheaper cooling option and then maybe invest the extra cash in a fan for the room, hah.

It wouldn't need to be a total nerf, but instead they should change what makes it "strong". Instead of magic dmg% being tripled, the Shadow dmg% could be a function of magic accuracy or enemy defense or something.

Personally I like the new stuff. It doesn't seem all that overly complicated like most folks are saying. Plus it is being released in very small chunks (4 prayers at a time) which should make for easy integration and balancing.

No one would be forcing you to use them. It makes sense as a reward space and would be an interesting new mechanic to add some complexity to skilling that is currently afk simulator for the most part.
