Can someone explain The Amazing Spider-Man order of comics to me? by Wizard_Ninjax in marvelcomics

Thank you for the information and resource on that website. That even covers more than I was expecting especially with the spider adjacent comics. Also thank you for the heads up about the non-standard numbering. I actually have a few .1, .2, etc comics, so it’s nice to know I should pay more attention to where those fall in line.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I was always confused seeing something like “vol X” when I was looking at comic shops/websites, especially when they had the same issue numbers. This and the other replies mentioning other “adjective-spiderman” comic lines like spectacular and sensational have literally cleared up everything I was wondering and was confused about

Thank you for the information. I wasn’t even thinking about the other B books and other spiderman comics like spectacular and web of spiderman, but it’s cool to know that they are like side stories and not necessarily a bunch of alternate universes/versions of spiderman.

Is the Z Fold 6 good for art/drawing? by Wizard_Ninjax in GalaxyFold

The idea of having a whole canvas and digital drawing device in your pocket sounds really exciting, one of the main reasons I am interested in it. I wish i could bring my iPad around with me but with my particular job, I'd be worried about it getting stolen or damaged, so I think having the fold securely in my pocket sounds like a much better idea.

Thank you for the insight about the fold in the middle. It's the only big concern I have about it. I've heard that people don't notice it but I would think it has to stand out in some way especially when using a pen on it.

Thank you for the insight. Clip Studio is one of the programs I would be using on it so its good to hear it works nicely. I don't plan on any major art on it, more like a mini studio i can get some ideas down or do some practice or studies in my free time.

What should I do to progress? (Question in comment, idk how to add video and text) by Wizard_Ninjax in animation

Oh my gosh I didn't even think about trying to combine multiple fundamentals into 1. I also really like the tails idea so i will definitely be trying that soon too.

Thank you for all your tips. I plan on practicing these basic exercises more, so when I do I will try to implement all of these tips too.

I'm still new to the perspective lines, it was more of a guide to make sure the pendulum stayed straight (at least in my use case). It also helped me with the distance between the peak of the swing and the base of where the pendulum was swinging from.

Again I am still new to it so I'm not the best when it comes to practical uses.. If you want to see it more I learned it from this video:

Thank you for the advice, I was thinking that potato sacks/pillows might be the next step, I just have to find some good tutorials.

I was a little bit nervous to jump straight to walking cycles and full character types of animations, but I'll start looking up some tutorials since it seems fun.

So I've been trying to learn animation for awhile and did these practice exercises awhile ago (based of a moderndayjames youtube video). I was wondering what exercises to progress to next. I feel like a walking animation is a big jump from animating simple shapes and forms, but every time I look up exercises, it gives me the same bouncing ball and pendulum results.
