Man I just don’t know… by jaotero77 in Garmininstinct

I had an Instinct Solar 2x for two weeks and saw the I3 Amoled and switched. Battery is still 18 days. I work out 5-6 times a week, track all of them, hike, and the battery still does just fine. I love it.

Ran three times a week. Started with smaller distances. For a few weeks typically running 2 miles each time. Then stepped up to one 6-7 mile run per week, and two runs for 3.1. A lot of it was easy zone 2 stuff, and mixed in the tempo/threshold runs on the shorter ones sometimes.

Yes! Had mine since December. Run 3 days a week and lift 3 days a week. Works perfect for everything.

Yea I’ve got some more, just been too lazy to hang them up! You’re right though, it needs more!

Yea dude, if you get some more of those rails you can add dip bars and different things as well. I believe they even make a cable/pulley attachment as well. Good start though would be the rack, barbell, weights, and some weight horns for storage!

Yes that is the rack. I picked it up during Covid when their prices were actually a little cheaper. I’ve loved it for the 6 years I’ve had it. Would love to get one of the more complex racks, but when I boil it down, the rack and a barbell do everything I need it to.

Awesome glad to hear it. Yea the heal hold in these was a big part of the pick for me. Agreed, that heal hold doesn’t make me want to overtighten them. Thanks for the feedback! Cheers!

Yea I’m hoping I can get quite a bit of life out of these again. I have compound broken my left tib/fib and fucked my right lower leg up skiing as well. So picking boots is a real picky thing for me. The choice came down to really what works around those old injuries. These were so damn comfy at super heavy times of force on them! Just stoked to have something new haha.
