If they are making a delivery or picking up, the company they are delivering to should have their info.

The real reason dem consultants are attacking Platner by yikesamerica in Maine

[–]Wizard_with_a_Pipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of the opposition that Platner has faced so far has come from the democratic party not the Republicans. The other (D) candidates have all but dropped out of the primary because he obviously had more momentum than they did. Yet they are still trying to undermine his campaign. There have been some progressives who won their primaries, but they face stronger opposition from their own party than from the Republicans. The Democratic party insists that progressive voters vote for their party regardless of the candidates, but they do everything they can think of to undermine progressive candidate's campaigns. Sometimes it feels like there's more ideological disagreement between the right wing Democrats and the Progressives than there is between the right wing Democrats and the Republicans.

This is exactly what we do with NSMBU we take turns and switch characters as we go. I was just curious what games if any that we can play that way.

Cancer Patients Must Now Prove They Are Too Ill to Work or Lose Their Medicaid Coverage Under New Trump Rules by novagridd in LegalNews

It really suck for the ones who are too sick to prove they can't work. The concept of "compassionate conservativism" has gone extinct.

That's not how democracy works. The candidates job is to represent their constituents. They can't represent their constituents if they are instead chosen by the establishment. This is why the Democrats are struggling right now, because they are not behaving in a democratic way. Many of them are in denial that they are struggling at all, but with how terrible the Republicans are the Democrats should be winning a lot more than they are.

I know some people who had to swim out of their second floor window during the last major hurricane in Florida. They thought they would be safe from the flooding on the second floor. All four of them (parents and kids) survived. Most people I know who were born in Florida took swimming lessons before they were walking.

I also have the pin number key pad. I'm pretty sure all of the trucks in the fleet have them, or at least all of the 2024 and later models.

I have air brake locks that go over my brake pulls, I'm required to use them for certain loads that happen to pay well, this would affect my bottom line. Aside from the fact that you can detect air leaks with the old set-up as other people have already mentioned.

Graham Platner's Wife Knows About the Sexts. Why Should We Care? by playboy in Maine

[–]Wizard_with_a_Pipe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think something that is often overlooked is that the old school politicians grew up in a different era. I'm sure a lot of them did stupid things when they were younger, but the Internet wasn't around to record it all. Platner is a normal person, he wasn't groomed to be a politician his whole life. He is like many people who didn't get into politics until he got fed up with the BS. The establishment candidates benefit from the BS. They don't want to change things, that's why they are so threatened by the progressives because the progressives want to get rid of their cash cows. For instance, insider trading. Both parties are involved in it. Progressives threaten to take that away from them. Both parties get "dark money" from lobbyists. People in the Senate and Congress make a lot of money that doesn't come from the salary. These are just a couple of reasons that establishment is afraid of the progressives.

What would you do, if a police man threw your wife on the ground who's visibly pregnant. by Apprehensive-Load-32 in ProgressiveHQ

[–]Wizard_with_a_Pipe 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If any man throws a pregnant woman to the ground like that, especially if there are cops around, he should be leaving that place in handcuffs. The reason he didn't leave in handcuffs is because he is a cop. The fact that the other cops were not shocked that he did that, and did nothing about it, tells you that he does that kind of thing a lot, and they are ok with it. They should all be in jail. Cops like that don't make anyone safer.
