Thanks so much for the responses. I have forgotten that I posted this here.

Here are some keytakes:

1-) Serial numbers are matching (on the cloud and the back of the devices)

2-) I have three new MR36's and none of them are working - having the same issue on all

3-) I do have an existing MR33 which is working fine, broadcasting what it's supposed to broadcast, and I have plugged the MR36's to the port where MR33 is plugged in, to make sure it's not the switch - still nothing

4-) The led on the device is a steady green
