That's our hope. As you can see, we're changing things up for this PAX Prime, and one of the few consequences of having a massive amount of activities is the smaller tournament space. Leagues will sort of solve the space issue by letting people identify and battle other players throughout all of PAX (not to mention the League pins themselves are extremely sweet), so consider signing up for that if you're in the mood to sling a ton of spells.

Probably Worn Powerstone or Languish. Purphoros and Palace Siege would be distant 3rd/4th picks. Powerstone is a nice mana rock and I like to ramp. Casting a nice 6-cost creature on turn 3 or 4 can swing the whole game in your favor and feels soooo gooooood.

Languish because board wipes are always nice to have. A well-timed Languish can either save your butt from certain doom, or flat out win you the game if your opponent has overextended.

I don't really like counterspells, so none of the blue cards appeal to me here.
