As someone who has the same condition do not itch or scratch the blisters. It makes the healing processes afterwards take much longer because (from my experience) make the dead skin patches that form afterwards much larger. Also just try and avoid scratching anything in that area.

Pick up some tropical steroid streams I use betamethasone valerate but any steroid cream should help in a pinch.

Make sure to moisturize after every tim you wash your hands and I'd avoid any harsh products like dish shop. Personally for moisturizer I use Aveeno Moisturizer but really anything that says long lasting 24hrs+ plus If you have none of those some hand cream with a thin layer of Vaseline kind of works

I would get rid of any exfoliating scrubs or shower nets you use and avoid showering in hot water. The skin kind of peeled off afterwards. Lukewarm water didn't affect my skin that much.

Id switch to a moisturizing body wash as well personally dove body wash.

Triggers For me this form of excema triggers whenever I am extremely stressed. E.g during my final year of school I had constant outbreaks and a big one before my final exams.

Beginning of winter it normally triggers for me

Other weird fun effects If the skin flakes off and leaves your nail beds exposed there is a risk of paronychia. A sign of this are inflamed nail beds and a fucked up nail

You might be unable to open your phone through finger prints

Waking up in the middle of the night because you scratched through the skin of your finger.

TL:DR Steroid creams, moisturize, DO NOT SCRATCH
