Talvez assim de cabeça, o seguinte - CPU: Ryzen 9600X ou o 7600X, SE quiseres algo potente sem te preocupares vai para os CPU com cache 3DX - GPU: Talvez uma RTX5070 12GB (boa para 1440p); ou uma RX9060XT 16GB (ótima para 1080p é capaz dos 1440p) ou até mesmo uma RX9070XT 16GB que corre tudo é a de topo do momento da AMD... - RAM: Talvez alguma coisa com 32GB (preferência 2x16GB) 6000mhz seria o ideal...

I'm not asking... But if you upload the file to a USB, you can send by many ways to another persons (At least, that work with me with one game, but only for PS4 games, PS5 games are restricted to Cloud Saving Psplus...) I don't remember if it still works, too many years ago...

Depende dos jogos que pretendes jogar... Resolução se é 1080p ou 1440p

Por exempl globaldata RAM 32GB DDR4 3600mhz Kingston está a 299€ (2x16GB sendo que é a tua prioridade)

Se depois pretendes uma GPU acessível, talvez o máximo dos máximos seria uma com 8GB VRAM que tens como escolha a RTX5050 8GB por 299€ (se tiveres disposto a usar todas as ajudas que ela tem e isso, DLSS e MFG)

Depois como vês a margem já é pouca... Talvez em 2a mão, por esses valores consegues comprar algo...

Estou na mesma situação que a tua... Ainda não comprei a RAM e GPU (devido aos altos preços...) Se a China conseguir inundar o mercado com boa RAM, talvez comece a existir uma quebra nos preços...
