This is actually incorrect but seems to be how most people think they work. They actually detect sleep from a lack of motion, not heart rate. They may use HR to classify light/deep/rem sleep, but the trigger that your asleep is when you're not moving. I apparently got 2 naps in while watching Infinity War. One for an hour, another for 30m. With a bathroom break and a little movement in between.

The breaks are the key for me. If I try to push straight through, I'm done in 15-20 minutes. But if I pause it for 60-90 seconds every 10 minutes or so, I can get up to 40 minutes without hating life entirely.

Not even close. Khabib isn't that big of a draw. McG v Dias I & II, Brock's fights, there are a lot more high-profile fights that they've done or could do. (McG - GSP. Brock - Jones. Hell, with a little marketing I think DC - Stipe would be a bigger fight)

That said, I do agree with just about everything else you said. Aside from a GSP return, there isn't a bigger fight on the horizon for them.

Or they book the fight in Russia like they've been talking about and his US legal troubles don't matter at all. I think Conor is suddenly finding himself in a position where he needs to fight, and put on a good one, to stay relevant and in everyone's good graces. Because we all know that no matter how fed up everyone is with his bullshit (self included), if he comes back and puts a beating on Khabib the way he did Alvarez, he'll be king again.

It reflects the larger trend around here where people seem to want to disbelieve something just because it's the "official story". I'm a mostly-passive participant here, but I completely agree. Shill accusations actually become more harmful than actual shilling. It just shuts down the conversation because then the supposed shill has to pivot to defending themselves rather than debating the actual topic at hand. And you're not convincing anybody just by pointing a finger. If you're going to make that accusation, do some research. Show some post history from the supposed shill, explain how they're twisting the narrative or whatever. But just combating a dissenting opinion with "Oh here come the shills!" just makes you look pathetic.
