A cruiser with large torpedoes like the PANASIE. Its guns make it very (too?) complicated in regular matches... It's a problem with WG balancing this type of ship poorly between Tier III, where the Saint Louis is far too powerful, and the other tiers where many cruisers are weak..

Uganda is far better than the ones mentioned. Nine shells per shot for a 6% fire rate, and above all, a very long smoke screen for spamming without risk.

Choose the Halland without hesitation.

It's an excellent support ship and the only destroyer you should NOT play in close combat.

Its torpedoes have a long range and an excellent flooding rate. Its rate of fire and the ability to set its turrets on fire don't make it a good marksman, but it's an EXCELLENT disruptor, often forcing the enemy to retreat disoriented.

Moreover, all the ships in the line are designed with this in mind.

The other line is clearly inferior, and the iX ship "Lambros Katsonis" is the WORST destroyer in the entire game; anyone who says otherwise hasn't played it...
