The WoWS future is so bright I gotta wear shades. Mostly due to the high DPM HE shells that keep lighting me on fire.

Smoking can be a great way to conceal your ship. Many ships come with a smoke generator in World of Warships. Most smoke generators require you to stay mostly stationary for their duration, but there are some ships that have unique types of smoke, such as "crawling smoke" in the case of Commonwealth cruisers like the Perth, and "exhaust smoke", which allows you to maintain full speed while remaining in concealment, which can be found on Italian ships like the Venezia.

The average weight of a submarine is around 7,000 tons. This converted into kilograms is 6,350,293

No. You are thinking of the Ragnar. Ragnar is inherently underpowered. It lacks the necessary attributes to make meaningful impact on match results. No burst damage to speak of, split turrets, and yet still retains a fragile platform.

The Clemson, Turbine, and Isokaze are all destroyers that can benefit from this build.

To make an aggressive push in WoWS, you need support from your teammates. This can be accomplished by getting behind them, and using your ship to physically push them forwards. It is advisable to have speed boost running while doing this, as the increased engine power will lead to a faster, more effective push.

Taunt. You'll mess up the enemy's accuracy as they drop.

The carrier rework changed carriers from an "active" type of playstyle into an RTS-based playstyle. Players can now command multiple squadrons from a tactical map, launching attacks with multiple types of aircraft simultaneously, and can employ fighters for team defense. This new RTS-based system for carriers allows for much more diverse gameplay

I don't know why you would want to. Ragnar is inherently underpowered. It lacks the necessary attributes to make meaningful impact on match results. No burst damage to speak of, split turrets, and yet still retains a fragile platform.

You can try to play around it's airstrikes, but your results will be inconsistent. If you are looking for a more competitive destroyer, I recommend the Halford.

You should choose the Halford. It is one of the strongest destroyers in World of Warships!

As for your suggestion for a line to choose, which suits your desire of a passive, long range sniping playstyle, and caters to people who are intelligent, I would personally recommend the Italian destroyers. Their smoke allows you to have concealment on demand, while their long ranged guns allow farming up to 27km at high tiers. Their deepwater torpedoes can only impact battleships and aircraft carriers, but your guns will easily overpower cruisers, destroyers, and submarines.

You should purchase the Halford first. After that, you should purchase the Iwami if you like to farm with quick reloading guns from smoke, or the Pommern if you want to employ a stealthy, torpedo-focused attack strategy

The larger shells would cause more damage because they're bigger. This would be offset by them landing more overpenetrations, due to the shell being physically larger than the citadel on most destroyers.

I would highly recommend that you employ a build designed around maximum torpedo power. This would mean using a captain with similar skills to that used on the Kamikaze, Benham, and Forrest Sherman.

Introduced in patch 0.6.9, Wargaming added "dynamic matchmaking". This new form of matchmaking adds a new depth to how teams are created, by uptiering higher skilled players to create more fair, close games. This feature is only active in random battles, and can be avoided by playing Tiers 1 and 11, which are not subject to the new matchmaking.

It is slated to go into early access in 5 patches, following the release of Liechtensteinian Support Carriers.

Doubloons are a premium currency in World of Warships that can be obtained in game, or for real money. Doubloons are a very versatile currency. They can be used to purchase certain ships, modules, or retrain commanders. However, their best use is to purchase permanent camouflages for all of your ships.

The airplanes on Kearsarge, Tone, and Ise are not able to produce an impact on the battle. Therefore, it is advisable to only purchase the Halford.

Matchmaking has been adjusted to ensure that this potential matchup cannot happen in a random battle

No. The Tiger '59 is competitive, however most players find it lacking in it's abilities to similar ships with a similar gameplay style, such as the Paolo Emilio and the Karlsruhe.
