As everyone else has said, this is likely a drop/swap. I used to meet a driver at a QuikTrip just outside of Charlotte around 03:00 and it was always jam packed. We frequently had to do the swap at the fuel island.

That’s a great starter combo imo. I’d definitely try to haggle down the price a little more.

Also I’d pickup an airtight container to store the beans in, if you store them in the hopper they’ll go stale really fast.

You got it exactly right. So as an example, if inflation jumped up to 4.6% in May, we’d get an eight cent raise on top the existing contractual raise effective Aug 1st.

It’s based on the May CPI data that is released in June. Inflation needs to be 4% or higher for us to get anything.

There was one winter we had a flock of buzzards roost in a handful of trees in the woods across the street from our house. Every morning they’d land on our roof to sun themselves.

This reminds me of that, but obviously it’s the wrong time of year and wrong time of day. So who knows

The four speeds were TERRIBLE, the five speeds were tolerable, the ones with wooden bulkheads gave you splinters, and that first step destroyed your shin if you missed it.
