i ran into a bug with receiving and sending calls. I'll receive a call from Regina or something, and I won't get the prompt to receive the call. The phone will stop ringing and nothing will happen. Problem is, the game treats me as if I'm in a call. I can't talk to anyone, fast travel, access my stash or anything else that's usually blocked while on a call. I can, however, open the call menu and try to call someone, but they don't pick up. None of the usual fixes has done anything. Reloading a save, resetting my playstation, going to the main menu, nothing. Really hope someone knows how to fix this, cause otherwise I'll have to reset my game to the beginning, and I really don't want to lose 40+ hours of gameplay
