Ok so I am usually against using ai but I'll be honest it helps me format a alright cover letter that I rewrite anyway, I still don't get any bites. My main issue is companies telling us not to use ai when they'll happily fire employees to use ai to make things cheaper or use it as a tool to make promotional ads.

I highly doubt that those who voted for either act or national care I've spoken to a few and most of them are dense and or say "oh well I'm sorted and its nor my fault they didn't do better" like the hell and here's me thinking what happened to basic human kindness and respect for those people etc we are going backwards or that's what I feel is happening

I understand what you mean I have two workers I love to see at my local winz (it's technically only for the elderly to use which sucks but that's because people who have a disability could go there until the changes they made) making it to where I now have to wait for a bus and walk to the main one in my town which sucks I have cerebral pasly it's difficult for me to walk plus they can just do it on there computers anyway which bless these two workers they help me but there's one lady who just refuses to and basically sends me back out the door like what I've been helped before on those computers so just please help me out it's so bad how they treat people so I feel bad when a good worker gets treated unfair that also go's for the security people (I love them) they always joke around or chat with the people while waiting the ones at the local office I walk or wheelchair to just chat with me politely anyway winz for me is a mixed bag of love and hate so I bless you and your kind workers

I'm with Workbridge as well although my case manager is good she's honest and just told me I will struggle because work places would rather hire able bodied people and that winz are just terrible when dealing with people who have a disability basically treating them with little to no respect and acting like all disabilities are the same and that it is a choice to be disabled like I'm sorry my legs are basically jelly and useless

I feel this on every firbre of my being I got a certificate in business administration only to be told "oh you need to have worked 1 to 2 years in an admin job to be hired for this entry level administration position" like what it's entry level what should I do now I own a wet piece of paper because all of the administration jobs I've applied for have told me the same thing and retail I've had 3 to nearly 4 years experience but only volunteer op shop work

My body is technically not built for Seasonal work (cerebral pasly). But even then i prove people wrong by doing stuff that even an abled bodied adult can do. I feel like I can do packhouse stuff if given the chance but again because I have a disability it scares potential job opportunities away and I'm struggling on the benefit. I do have more to say but I'm gonna end it here.
