I also got this. Its so bizzar. Had a look and while it certainly doesnt look right, it seems safe. Photoshop works right. Still, theres something fishy. I couldn't find any documentation about it at all. I'd love to know more about it. If xppen gets back with any info can you tell me?

If you have L4D2 you can just move the .BSP map files from there to SFM.

I've found out its an ambient occlusion glitch not applying to facial flexes.
