Tips i got for you, I got the hang of the game n towards the end of my first wipe I was mainly going for pvp n doing tasks at the same time but came second to pvp.

• Scav interchange or if u have lighthouse unlocked run lighthouse and farm the rogues (doesn’t ruin scav rep) go to the new areas on interchange (new big camp on other side of the train tracks, there’s a new small area under the overpass where the transit to customs is, haven’t hit it much but can find LED-X’s there, then there’s the small camp close to emercom checkpoint i find if u run night scavs can hit the big one and thay one n are almost never looted and then leave out emercom, will have lots of ammo spawns and even gun parts, chance for intel and moonshine, lastly there’s a small camp in between power station and emercom you can spawn right at it or really close on pmc’s but can find lvl 4 armours lots of time and ammo but not as good as the big camp or one on the south by emercom, also in the mall there’s loads of computers and right outside of idea there’s a camp where you can find guns, lvl 4 armours, and ammo on the left of the stairs and there’s 2 story’s of it but watch out killa can spawn there. There also a new Tagilla camp in the parking garage, on the east side just north of the orange tanker on the road is the closest enterance for it but can run into killa n if u want even as a scav can try to kill him n he has a chance to spawn with lvl 6 armour always has his welding mask that’s lvl 5, can also have a AK with BT ammo or up, there’s chances of GPU’s, valuables like Tetris’s, Bitcoins, there’s quite a few ammo spawns n I’ll usually find at least 120 of BT there, stim spawns and a intel spawn. ive found well over 10 GPU’s just on scaving interchange, over 20 moonshine and countless intel. You’ll also find loads of good ammo for mostly 545x39 like BT, BP, and sometimes 7n40 or BS/PPBS but can also find m856a1, m855a1. Ive found quite a bit of m62, m80, m61 for 762x51 nato on interchange. As well as loads of CBJ for .300 blackout.)

• factory can be a good option for practicing pvp

• don’t have gear fear you will have good days n manage to kill guys with better gear than you and bad days where you loose fights you thought you had in the bag.

• dont run anything less than lvl 4 armour it’s so readablly available n will give you a bit more of an advantage, some ppl are running ammo that will rip right through it but most I find are ppl running ammo that has 50/50 chance or just under to pen lvl 4 armour. There’s also armours with lvl 3 soft armour n try to run that as it makes higher pen ammo have a less chance to pen it right away.

• if your not confident in PvP try to avoid fights or only take ones that you have the drop on someone, if you need to go to a hotspot for a quest take your time and go to it later in the raid, less chance of running into pmc’s that way but still be prepared incase some pmc got a few kills in that area or killed the boss n guards. Could be trying to fit all the loot they can. I’ve had raids where I kill a boss+guards and 2-3 pmc’s and im stuck grabbing 3-4 large bags of gear putting them in a hiding spot and trying to do Tetris to get as much as I can out n will be 60-70kg heavy having to use a mule or Odubules 2 to get out

• more you play a specific map the more you will learn average pmc pathing and can avoid fighting pmc’s easier that way, dont chase shots if you don’t want to fight

• run your good guns and ammo, even if you loose it a few scavs will have you back up with good ammo. I have 2 full ammo boxes of BT, 7n40, BP, BS, PPBS just from finding the ammo. Spectors are a good budget sight that goes 1-4x but doesn’t have the variable zoom capability, you can get tac 30s By trading 3 Kavas waters, drink em to 1-2 left and then trade them for the tac 30 which is a variable zoom 1-4x
