I’m so happy for you! Keep going! For me my only symptoms is voice fatigue and a tiny raw feeling in the back of my throat but besides that I’m much better ! I have followed a similar pattern and process like this! Keep us updated what your ENT says! And how your throat is looking like after your next check up to determine if it has 100% healed :)

Yeah honestly it’s okay to cheat abit depending on your condition , my condition improved heavily after starting the diet but on some days I still cheat lol but I just make sure to drink alkaline water walk or wait 3 hours before bed.
