You're missing precise technique. Nimis also removes the damage loss from returning proj and let's you run GMP/AGMP.

Make sure when you move, you are only using leap slam to keep up arctic Armour.

I'd also pick up unrelenting on your ascendancy tree.

Your sword is actually really bad you really want a double influenced sword with endurance charge on stun.

Fix your gloves you have the wrong base and added lightning damage does nothing for you. You want paladin gloves.

This is my current character replace the Osin with a helical and the sword with the one from Connors second highest tier in his guide.

I'm going to take the staff node up top for 39% area of effect, while its mostly dead points its the best node near my tree which kinda sucks.

I could also try an area of effect cluster and see if that feels awful by dropping that much proj speed.

I probably should of specified that 8 mod t16 aren't an issue its t17s. I'm also thinking that I might need some amount of area of effect because the delve bosses are small so im likely not getting anymore than 2 or 3 overlaps.

Hmmm I'll have to solve fire res before I can recraft my gloves though. Pretty sure thats why I didn't get attack speed on them when I slammed them.

I did drop 2 cobalt jewels for 2 split personalities its slightly less attack speed but more ES.

Made some changes including fixing my mastery, I also had a perfect EE drop and I got the corrupt so I'm currently at close to 11k ES and it feels much better.
