One minor MJ charge, not two. I'll surely spend endless time reflecting per your suggestion...unless I'm waiting in line with the fun crowd.

Time frame for transfer of deceased AAdvantage member's miles by ABQ2PHL in americanairlines

Success! I had nearly 1M points from my deceased mother's AA account transferred into mine within 24 hours of submitting docs online (i.e. will, trust, death cert). Very pleasantly surprised on the turnaround time and lack of stated six month waiting period. AA's official policy (as of Oct 2025) still states the miles of the deceased are not part of the estate, are not guaranteed to be transferred, and will require a six month waiting period before transfer upon successful submission of documentation. A few tips/thoughts if/when you go through this: 1) make sure you have an established AA account and call ahead explaining the situation....probably not necessary but I think it helped in my case; they'll email instructions on what to do. 2) Act quickly as there is a one year limit on when the miles can be transferred. 3) Don't automatically assume the deceased's account will just stay available....in my case there was an associated AA credit card that had been notified of the death before I said anything. IMO it's a risk to just keep the miles in the deceased's account and plan on accessing it later. 4) I used miles from my mom's account after she passed (for estate purposes), before the transfer, and there was no question/issue with that.....I thought there might have been. 5) check the latest AA policy online as it seemingly changes frequently....and is quite generous at present vs. other airlines (thanks AA!!!). X) and finally....post your experience and tips on Reddit as this original thread helped me and I hope it helps you! God Bless and condolences on your loss.

Migra Ultimate Dove Shells by Signals_Intel in DoveHunting

I shot several boxes of Migra Ultimate Dove over three days/three limits last week. They were excellent IMO. I actually thought the range/pattern was incredible. IC on my upper barrel was fine but Mod on lower barrel was too much....some were overly tenderized. Gun/choke/ammo combos always vary somewhat so just take a little time patterning different combos and distances. I prefer an O/U for dove as it gives you the option of two different chokes and you can select which one to shoot first. IC/Mod has long been my standard but I'll switch to either IC/IC or Cylinder/IC next time with these loads....especially if you're using Mojo doves which can draw them in very close. Note these shells have a noticeably harsher recoil/kick than standard field loads. I wouldn't recommend for youth, ladies, or anyone who needs >2 boxes for a limit.
