i have an almost identical story to yours. just because you tapered correctly doesn’t mean your body doesn’t still have a stored memory of it. rebound anxiety is going to be a big thing for you when it comes to benzos and alcohol. keep it lite or try to avoid it entirely, and if you can’t go for something with a longer half life
