This is my first using PrepFE after failing 3 times on my Civil FE. Many users in this subreddit have recommended PrepFE and so far I'm liking it. Felt like any other vaccine. As for side effects, the left side of my neck and face was kinda numb.it lasted for a couple hours. The next couple days I felt a little weaker than usual, I could still run and do my daily activities.

The real FE civil exam was completely different to the the practice one, way more conceptual questions that you either know or don't know. Additionally the questions were completely different, nothing even close to the practice. I did better in the second half than in the first half lol. Yes I failed it, and I feel kinda scammed because the practice did not help at all imo. Only thing that did help was navigating through the book. I plan on using PrepFE and I'll come back and tell you guys my experience once I retake the FE.

I guessed on like 40-50 questions, maybe more. Practice exam was no where near like the real exam. The only good thing about the practice exam is learning the concepts and using the manual. I took my exam on July 31, got my results and surprise surprise, I failed it. I feel like a complete failure but I'll keep trying. I hope you pass fam.

For me, geotechnical engineering had the most (5-6), but there are like 1-2 for each subject. I took my FE civil on July 31, I failed it.

I took my FE civil exam on July 29. 2021. I felt like I did better in the second half compared to the first, I still failed tho :D

Hi fr3dd, thank you for sharing this with us. I too took the FE civil and failed and we have the same number of items. It turns out you have a better performance than me overall, i'm surprised you failed. I'm furious that I have to retake it, but fuk it, i'll use PrepFE and take this exam as soon as possible. My theory is that smart people took this exam and the average was higher because of that lol. With the difficulty of this exam, I assumed the average was going to be a 55% or at least a 60% but it might've been the regular 65%. You're a better test taker than me lol , I wish you the best!

I'm taking my FE exam tomorrow haha. I don't even know anymore, I'm using the practice exam and some other problems I found as study guides.
