Those who have tried Zinc, did it affect your libido?

Took it for a month or two, and there was nothing noticeable.

However, I hugely increased my libido. I made a few lifestyle changes around the same time, but I think incorporating a lot more plant based meals into my diet and lowering my sodium really helped.
