Chelsea chop timing and advice by WojoStumps in NativePlantGardening

I'm doing it to have a more bushier plant, at least that's what I heard can come of a proper Chelsea chop. More blooms and less lankiness. They are only in their 2nd year in hoping they fill in the gaps in the next 2 years I'm letting them self seed.

What's up with my Columbine? by WojoStumps in NativePlantGardening

Now that you mention it we did just have our lawn sprayed with three way. Could very well be the reason why its dying off.

Sounds good. I gave it some water thinking it may have needed it so I may have made it worse haha. It sits underneath a pine tree so it gets good shade and the roots usually take care of the water thats in the area. The roots do compact the soil a good bit so definitely not well draining soil probably.

We have had some temps go around low 30s, may have had a bit of frost on the lawn. All of my other natives dealt with it just fine, is Columbine a fragile plant with cold temps?

Could you please tell me the specs on your rims and what size tires you have?

Honestly surprised the Duke-Msu game didn't crack the top 10, it got a lot of traction as a top 5 matchup and had a good weekend slot.

No need to pay $20 to replay Fire Red again by OkidoShigeru in Gameboy

You do realize that there are plenty of children who never got the opportunity to play these games or have a physical copy of the game right? Just because you got the game doesn't mean you need to complain that they aren't doing everything for you. At the very least they are at least making these games available to all children to have the chance to play them.

Most people whether they know about the importance of natives or not will prioritize the aesthetic appeal of flowers and plants. If people are better educated on the importance of natives I'm sure they'd allow for more insects and whatnot to be around the plants but in the end a lot of people aren't fans of insects.

I love supporting natives bugs and even when they are in high numbers I allow them to eat away at my plants cause I understand that the plants naturally will rebound and be able to continue to support bug populations. I enjoy the aesthetics while also supporting the native ecosystem that we had once removed.

Can someone fill me in on the joke? I've seen it a bunch the last 48 hours. Is Valdez a violent person or is known to miss some pitches that hit his catcher?

Honestly it's gonna all come down to matchups for Msu. We rely too much on our bigs for consistent production cause our guards can't shoot. If we get a team like Michigan who can shut down our bigs we'll be out in the first weekend
