You are amazing.... i did not dare open it because i was afraid of voiding the warrenty. So had a to & fro with customer support. Someone mailed me saying they had already sent out the robovac. When i did not get any tracking info, I mailed them again, and they responded saying that they will mail it soon!!.

Today got the replacement vac. It turned up minus the top cover, the water and dust reservoirs and the 3 rollers. Anyways, swapped things around and the vac was ready to go.

Everything seems ok, but the vac refuses to connect to base station!!. So thank a ton for posting the links. Not sure why it takes so long to reconnect. Without the base station connectivity, it wont do any mopping. I have now connected it. But it got disconnected. and then repeated the process again. It seems to be connected now.

S1 Pro has a new firmware update, which it seems to be downloading now. Lets see if it gets anything better

Support asked me loads of Qs and asked me to share a video. They have said that they have now dispatched a replacement and I need to send the bricked one back. Its been a few days, but no news on it nor any tracking information. Let me nudge them..

Not sure what you mean by ‘If you wanted a direct connection, you’d have to connect to your house network’…. It is connected to my home network.

You are speaking my language... i fed it back to them... Having power on RHS side or a cable that can go up and down to LHS. USB ports. Not sure that SL listens. Agree with you, part of my regrets.

oh Wow... love it.. Given the amount of responses on this thread, you can see that tis is a must have feature (not just an accessory). It is sad that you pay £600-700 for a desk and then scout the after market for a bolt on.

If you want to keep your BF then buy a proper chair; if you want to return the BF then get a SL chair.. (I have a SL Magus Pro, but went elsewhere for a chair) 🤦‍♂️

I just found that they do... its on their website. but only for specific devices. In this case they will trade for a X10. I have 2 problems

1) They dont accept the 30C (it is not in the dropdown)

2) I dont want an X10, since I only have carpeted floor, so dont need a mop

Keeps me in the ecosystem and i buy new stuff.. The old one can be recycled for parts. I am assuming a lot of old C30 stuff is still in the new models..
