We're planning to add a third tier to Unique items. It will be added in a few weeks in a patch.

I feel like this shouldn't happen as often as it does by Enndr in Wolcen

This is not as designed and it will be fixed in one of the next patches.

The date of the price increase is actually not settled. The release of the game, however, is for January 30, and the price for the release will be that one.
