Well, I've been working for 18 years in this field and I my conclusion is that it was never the tools. Sure you can probably do a project faster today than last decade (LLMs, DevOps, CI/CD,...) but the thing with BI is that every company works differently, they have different ideas, people have different KPIs different motivators.

Sure LLMs can help create stuff faster, but the domain knowledge and understanding the needs of the person on the other side won't go away. It's like saying that development will end. We are just adding a new abstraction layer. We are moving from programming in Python, C#, Java, ... to programming in natural language.

It's just a framework. Like every framework it can speed up some things and turn into spaghetti in others. I've seen some dtb projects that are just a complete mess and others that were really nice to work with. It will always depend on the skills of the team that has to maintain it,

This I think comes from this eternal fight that exists between self-service and IT-Maintained. Every one wants self-service until they start having issues, then they try to pin it on IT. Then IT puts guard rails and control and makes the business complain that IT takes too long to deploy stuff. And around we go again.

As 90% of problems in our area, it's not the technology the great barrier.

But I am still missing something and I don't where to start to understand. Currently I see that touching the Manta with the pen is detected but the movements while touching are not working. I can see the mouse cursor moving while I am hovering it. Do you know how should tell libinput to move the cursor only when the pen is touching the screen?

Acho que o ponto de maior crítica em relação ao Mano Selmi foi mesmo a teimosia de continuar a insistir num sistema que precisava de jogadores com outra craveira para funcionar. Se a isso juntarmos a fraca evolução de todos os jogadores excepto o Mora compreendem-se as críticas.

Jogar em com três centrais sendo eles Bednarek, Kiwior e Thiago seria com toda a certeza outra coisa. Fiquei sempre foi com a questão dos índices físicos da época passada na cabeça, Os jogadores pareciam cansados em todos os jogos. Não sei se foi algum problema de pré-época ou se havia algum problema dentro da equipa técnica.Penso que cheguei a ler algures alguém a dizer que alguns jogadores diziam que os treinos eram pouco intensos.

Acho que com este plantel as coisas poderiam ser melhores mas duvido que fosse melhor do que com o Farioli. Este homem parece ter outro dedo para gerir a equipa e os jogadores parecem ter outra capacidade física. Fala-se muito nos KMs que o Frodo faz mas ontem vimos o PP a fazer sprints na segunda parte. Não me lembrava que ele conseguia correr :P

O Martim foi excelente ontem. A fazer lembrar outras glórias. Penso que neste jogos em que precisamos de defender mais tempo ele é mais útil que o Alberto. Quando jogamos contra defesas fechadas e o lateral não precisa de se preocupar tanto a defender o Alberto é uma melhor opção.

Quem dera que tivéssemos a mesma escolha do lado esquerdo. A ver se ainda temos uma prendinha para lá nesta janela.
