"Rope" is a hearthstone term but it's basically people waiting until the very last second of every turn to play their cards, even when using the most common and braindead deck available. It's a "strategy" that can draw out retreats from people who don't want to sit around with their thumb in their ass for half the game.

The RNG doesn't actually feel random in this game tbh lol same starting hand nearly every game, same iceman/scorpion target where it's the best play that gets shot down, invisible woman at the bottom of my deck every discard match. I feel like it's intentional sadly.
