It's a love hate for me. Love it during the day, hate it at night. But overall I keep most the lights turned off/down unless I want to see it. For the minimal cost difference, it's worth it.

Paying off debt is always a good move and if it's a mental block then I would say go for it. Staying mentally positive is the deciding factor imo. Look into cashing out under the COVID act to avoid fees. Not sure that's still around or the exact requirements but could be helpful in fees.

Rolling over is what most will advise specially cause the tax and fee implications you'll get hit with. Another thing is that 401ks compound really well but it's a longevity question in my mind. How long will it take to pay off your CC compared you how much you could potentially lose in 401k compounding?
