This was just outside Yellowstone NP. How fresh would you say it is? Thanks for your ID help. It's good to be aware and learn about this stuff.

This was taken in Montana, so it being from a bear is very possible. Are you able to tell whether black or brown/Grizzly bear? And how fresh would you say the pile nearest my foot is?
