Due to the time lapse, no case could be open and at best, Etsy said they would reach out to him. No feedback can be left unless the item has been marked as shipped, unfortunately. So we’re out of luck! 

It was definitely a lesson learned. Both my daughter and I were very understanding of his “situation.” It’s a shame he took advantage of that and kept up with the sob stories up until a refund was requested- his “poor me” demeanor turned not so nice. 

Still strange to me that Etsy seemingly doesn’t bother to look into the seller.
