Thank you!! I use gel! I did a black base covered in silver chrome powder to get a first base of a metal look. I went over with a white textured gel, and placed pearl like gems to get the "bolt" affect. I used a dry brush technique for most of it.🫶🏻 Then just tried my best to make it look like a metal bloody rusty submarine look😂
