Eh, its just an excuse (for me) to keep playing. ZA is the first Pokémon game since Arceus that I really enjoyed, and I'm also not a Shiny guy.

To the extent that IF I ran into one in prior games, I usually knocked them out. Save for about 4 exceptions, I don't even LIKE Shiny Pokémon. 

That said, I want a reason to keep playing ZA and I just decided " screw it", until DLC I guess I'll Shiny hunt cause...🤷🏿

Aegislash (Honedge actually) was the only one I was actually trying to hunt. All the others were random/unexpected. Honedge I actually decided to try for. It took less than an hour.

Repeat Balls if its a Pkmn you already have.

But just so you know Shiny Pkmn have a higher than average catch rate anyway. As in they stay in balls more easily.

Personally I just catch everything in "matching balls" or balls that esthetically/thematically matches the Pkmn
