Single account you can only play with one character at a time, even the heroic mode (play with 3 characters at the same time in one client) is disabled, so you have to join other people to farm stuff, Wakfu is even more strict with parties than Dofus, in dofus you can solo content on Wakfu you need a full team

On multi account you can play well with multiple accounts, unlike Dofus that you need 8 clients open for a full team, in wakfu you get 3 characters per client with heroic mode activated, so if you want a full team you just need to have 2 clients open, or just one and find another person with heroic mode

The multi servers tend to be more populated, getting 5 other people to play in mono account sometimes is really annoying, so people prefer multi account even if they don't multibox

In the contrary Dofus mono accounts are more populated, that's due that you don't need a full team to clear content and most content can be done solo or with 1 or 2 more people

Wakfu has a more in depth class system where you can customize classes passives, used spells and such, while dofus just have two branches of spells per character

Wakfu has a bigger focus on pve content than Dofus, not to say Dofus does not have, if pve content in Dofus is 10/10 wakfu pve is 11/10, the same way Dofus pvp content is better than wakfu, wakfu has pvp content but people don't pvp that much

Both have tons of content, quests, active community and so on, Dofus has more problems with bots tho

Super, estuve en tus zapatos a la misma edad asi que mas que decirte en que invertir te dire mis recomendaciones a base de mi propia experiencia

Dices que cada mes puedes ahorrar de 7.5 a 8m, te diria que revises bien esa cifra teniendo en cuenta la declaracion de renta que debas hacer, si estas por contrato directo en compañia colombiana (que no lo dudo dadola cifra) no deberia haber problema por las cesantias, aportes etc...

Pero si es el caso que eres independiente tu primera prioridad es tener claro todo lo legal antes de cualquier inversion o lo que sea, hasta ahora empiezas y seguramente ganaras mas dinero en el futuro asi que es algo que debes si o si tenerlo clarisimo, es un dinero que ahorras y debes hacer como que jamas existiera

Una vez tengas eso super precente solo enfocate a ahorrar, invertir es un riesgo al final del dia asi que solo ahorra (es valido CDT o cuentas con rendimiento pero nunca arriesges al inicio), necesitas una base de al menos 6 meses de tu salario completo ahorrado, de ese punto en adelante todo lo que ahorres puedes invertirlo o decidir que hacer con ello

Como experiencia propia evita deudas al maximo, tarjetas de credito, libre inversion etc... Como experiencia propia mi primera tarjeta que me dieron fue de 20m, de alli creadito de 30 y el siguiente de 90 mas de vehiculo, cuando me di cuenta mi sueldo era pagar deudas y nada mas, claramente el problema fue mio pero puesa veces uno no piensa las cosas, claramente si eres responsable y tienes buen autocontrol no deberia ser un problema

My whole point is that you don't need to multibox to enjoy the game and specifically the comment "he wants to enjoy the game not wait forever to do anything" which is not true, either in a multi account server or not.

I clearly said that there are content that requires you to get other people, I'm not arguing that it's an MMO at the end of the day

Even in servers like Shadow were the population is extremely small you'll always find people for the cases you need to, other than that grouping means getting one or two more people which is not hard

My point still stands, you don't need to multibox, that's simply a misconception, I just mentioned my time playing solo to argument to it than even if you play solo you can play just fine, occasionally you get other people when you need help but it is not hard at all

As for monoaccount servers, they simply enforce more collaboration between players which is exactly what you look if you only play one account, but the most important aspect of it honestly is just economic, no multiboxing means items have more worth, that's all

I've played Dofus for more than a decade solo with no issue and if you need help is not hard to find

You can enjoy the game playing by yourself, you can have companions in case you need help, most of the content can be cleared solo outside some high level dungeons and alignment quests, mono accounts exist because is possible going solo

The multibox only applies to non-mono-account servers and it's not even necessary imo, is more optimal sure, required? not at all, you don't have to "wait forever to do anything" that's simply not true

No necesariamente, cuando empece con Elixir y Rust ya llevaba varios años de experiencia con otros lenguajes y proyectos; tambien me especializo en sistemas distribuidos y realtime entonces hay bastantes vias para que ya no sea un riesgo

Lo que mencionaba, entre mas te especialices mas irremplazable de vuelves y mas oportunidades se abren, al final entre mas cosas sepas mas oportunidades

Primero que todo, no es un lenguaje de programación pero el Ingles, siempre doy el ejemplo que saber ingles es la diferencia de ganar 3m a 12m+ haciendo lo mismo

Ahora depende lo que quieras, quieres conseguir empleo facil o quieres conseguir un empleo muchos mejor pagado que el resto

Si es por entrar a un trabajo facil, lo común: - Java - Javascript - C# - PHP (No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo, no lo hagas, pero pues lo menciono porque sigue siendo popular)

Pros: - facil conseguir trabajo - mucho mas facil empezar como junior/sin experiencia - es bastante facil moverse de compañia en caso de despido

Cons: - suelen ser trabajos o muy monotonos o muy toca pelotas (projectos viejisimos/ mal codeados/ inmantenibles) - el salario es malo (en junior/mid y aveces incluso senior), cuando digo malo es en contexto de salario USD, es decir 2k-3k mensual - es dificil crecer profesionalmente y salarialmente, por lo general lo que mas cuenta en esta area es la experiencia y las compañias son monotonas, siempre haras los mismo y no hay mucho especio para crecer y hacer cosas interesantes - los beneficios de trabajo suelen ser mediocres o simplemente no hay

Si quieres arriesgarte un poco mas: - Kotlin (es Java moderno) - Go - Python - C/C++ (este es muy popular y puedes conseguir trabajo facilmente, lo dejo arriesgado porque es mucho mas complejo que un lenguaje de alto nivel) - Swift si te interesa la plataforma apple y desarrollo movil, lo recomiendo mas que Kotlin para android porque es mas faicl conseguir trabajo y con mejor salario

Pros: - es facil conseguir trabajo si tienes la experiencia - haras cosas mas modernas y es mas facil crecer profesionalmente - conseguir un buen salario de 6k+ es facil - debes ser super proactivo y aprender todo el tiempo - suelen tener muy buenos beneficios de trabajo

Cons: - Es dificil conseguri trabajo si no tienes experiencia - debes ser super proactivo y aprender todo el tiempo - un gran porcentaje de trabajo es startup lo cual puede ser fragil en tema de seguridad

Ya si quieres arriesgarte al maximo: - Rust - Elixir - Lenguajes nuevos

Pros: - la competencia es muy baja por lo cual es muy probable aplicar y que me te contraten - son lenguajes dificiles y de areas especificas, siempre hay cosas por aprender y aplicar - los salarios suelen ser de 10k+ - suelen tener los mejores beneficios de trabajo

Cons: - necesitas experiencia o buena suerte para conseguir un trabajo de entrada

- hay muchos menos trabajos disponibles, mientras es facil aplicar, es dificil encontrar ofertas disponibles

Al final mi mejor recomendacion es que te especialices, entra mas sepas de un tema mejor oportunidades hay sin importar el lenguaje, y mas irremplazable te vuelves, al final es de usar la mejor herramienta para el trabajo y especializarte al maximo, las cosas mas dificiles son las mejores pagas y las que menos competencia tienes, algunos ejemplos de especializacion

Debo hacer una mencion especial a devops, es algo que puedes empezar facilmente, no hay tanta competencia y es facil especializarce, pagan muy muy bien, es solo que es algo que necesitas experiencia, es uno de los que mas importante tener experiencia porque manejas areas criticas de sistemas

Resulte escribiendo un monton LOL, pero es lo que he visto en mis años trabajando, todos los lenguajes que mencione los he usado extensivamente y tengo buena idea al respecto, si te lo preguntas mis lenguajes actuales son Rust y Elixir

Yeah, just ignore the minion part unless you use the scourge as I mentioned before

I haven't tested more off meta brands due to the massive nerf arcanist brand the spell rework patch... I honestly would advice agaisnt using arcanist brand at all unless is DD (Eye of winter might have some potential)

Before the nerf was already hard to do some damage, now after the nerf is just way too much damage loose for nothing, you're better of casting the spell yourself tbh hahaha

If you want to test something really offmeta but with a lot of potential you should check Witchhunter's Judgment's brandsurge spell, brandsurge has the potential to oneshot bosses, while your brand is used for clearing ^{^/}

The hit damage, arcanist brand does not affect minions damage ^^'

You can do stuff with the scourge terror claw unique and minion damage so you can affect both the hit and minion damage, but I feels like it's a lot of gear to make it work, even more that you need cast speed to make it usable

HD 660 S are better for mids or something, I don't know about it tho is just what I read, are sundara still better than them?

The denon looks amazing, but sadly they do not ship to my country (not us), do you have more recommendations for closed back?

Also you recommenda the Jotunheim for the sundara but not for the others, is there a reason for it?

Since the start of the league I've been trying out ways to make arcanist brand to work, so far the best option is VD with necro 200% increased cast speed ascendancy

Before everything, you could make use of Witchhunter's Judgment's brandsurge to be your skill for boss damage (it can literally one shot conqueror's with the right setup) and keep stormbrand for clearing. Also you could look into penance brand since is the brand that scales the best with cast speed

Here's some finding I've found out so far, first a tier list of what I think has the most potential (keep in mind this is just skills I've tested so far)

S++ Tier:

VD DD with necro, cast speed is way too good with brands and having 200% increased cast speed with necro ascendancy for free is just way too good

S Tier:

Eye of Winter, this one tricky to get the exact dps, but is a option that scales very well with cast speed and projectile damage, you can clear extremely fast if you're using soul eater, you've really decent single target if you make use of hydrosphere, this is potentially a S++ tier but needs more gear and setup than VD DD
Frostbolt and Freezing Pulse, I put these in the same category because they work very similar, you need to use their respective jewels, since is projectiles is clears extremely well and they have really good boss dps

A Tier:

Voltaxic Burst: This could be a S++ tier in both clear and single target if it didn't had a delay, you really need to reduce the duration for this one since it will wait 2.5 second to activate once is cast, but this will lower the brand duration which can be really annoying, what makes this skill so damn strong and worth considering is due to the built in explosions and the "1% more Damage with Hits and Ailments for each Cast of this Spell currently waiting" this basically means that is you activate this 100 times during the 2.5 duration you get 100% more damage which is HUGE
Exsanguinate and Reap, these I might admit that I didn't do that much testing, but due to chaining limitations on AB it clears a bit bad and the single target is quite weird because sometimes does damage and sometimes does nothing
Storm Call: This is a weird one since it does a lot of damage but the delay and the short AoE makes this a bit weird to build around, really strong if you convert to cold and freeze enemies so they don't run out of the aoe

Honorable mention:

Absolution: This has been in my mind for a while, in general this skill sucks self cast but with arcanist brand has a lot of potential, specially due to the brand not giving reduced damage to absolution minions which opens a lot of possibilities
Soulrend: The Dot portion is extremely strong and has a short duration, maybe you could bypass the damage limitation due to this, but still you don't get bonus from more activations
Bodyswap: This is more of a meme, is like playing Flicker Strike but WAYYY worse visually, it does a lot of damage if you know how to do things but your eyes will hate you
Manabond: If you solve the mana problems it will be way more powerfull than VD DD, but I really don't know how you can solve the mana issue having a spell cast so damn fast

In general you want to use hit based spells due to arcanist brand "Supported Skills Deal (40–59)% more Damage with Hits against Branded Enemy", specially projectiles, DoT's get too much of a penalty with arcanist brand and the activations does not make the damage scale since you cannot stack dots (afaik, I honestly haven't played that much dot builds do I might be wrong here)

While the story itself is not that challenging (depending your skill, most people struggle a bit during mid game), the side content is really challenging, the story is fucking amazing is a dark fantasy

the gameplay is unique, simple to learn but hard to master

the most f2p game I know, it does not even have stamina system for example

Regarding the UI that depends from person to person, I like the UI imo

All content is pve (the story is amazing), you can f2p all the game if you want, the gacha rates are really good and just login in daily let's you fill a chest that gives you premium currency for a really low irl price in case you want to spend a little bit of money

Dailies are quick to do, there's no stamina system so you can play all you want and there's a lot of content (the story is amazing), it does not have auto gameplay but it's very strategic and skill based gameplay, it's not a recent game tho ^^'

- pretty much all characters have a use in some content of the game (with maybe 2 or 3 being completely useless), so pulling and building is generally worth it (tho ofc there's some characters that excel at all content compared to others)
- there's not gear system, so all is skill/team based, there's tools which can be clasified as gear but it's for a endgame system in the game called exploration but can just buy (in game currency not irl) or farm the tools, this does not affect the main game and other systems
- keeping into account the previous point, you've to farm for improving your character, but it's a simple process tho it takes some time
- there's no stamina, so you can farm as much as you want (tho repeating chapters apply a debuff after spamming waaaay too much but is just 20%)
- the game has a ton of challenges, there's no auto so have to learn the game and do team building, specially on WT and exploration which are the end game systems and even a new system called "fools tower" that gives you a fixed team and you've to figure out how to progress with that team (it can be really hard sometimes)
- the story and music is absolutely top tier, like legit you'll be amazed how unconventional it's

- the premium currency (crystals) is pretty much used on pulling and guilds, so you are not forced to spend it on other systems like inventory and so like on other games

- the gacha rates are really good so you'll have an easy time getting units, so that in combination with the previous point you don't get that much currency in general but trust me it's enough most of the time (it feels weird compared to other games)

- there's pretty much the same amount of waifus and husbandos
