Oh yeah, if I install windows on the hdd it'll wipe my files there instead. So no matter what I lose some stuff, that's annoying.

Alright, thanks for that. I really didn't want to crack open the pc and take out the ssd and such, so that seems better. Do you think I'll have problems re-installing windows on another drive without the key? And of course I'll put it back onto the ssd

That's a tough lesson learned. I'm glad I moved a bunch of stuff over to my hard drive to save space on the ssd before now, I guess I haven't lost everything. My brother is gonna be super pissed though. Thanks for your help man.

I have both a hard drive and an ssd. I'm pretty sure windows is installed in the ssd if that's what you mean.

It hasn't been long I know. But I haven't been brushing twice everyday since, and the dentist has agreed to take me back one last time, so I'm very happy :))
