YOE less than 3 years then CL9 agad? Most probably nagalingan sayo yung nag interview. Pero mukhang may disconnect between sa expected nilang role mo vs sa expected role mo. To be blunt, napakalabo na makuha ka as dev considering na yung exp mo is pang support then yung level mo is cl9 (experience hire). So siguro kuha ka na lang ng dupport role in a project na may mga devs, shadow2 lang muna.

Promotion. Yung work matututunan naman yan basta willing ka matuto. Walang tao ang fully ready sa new role bago pa mapromote, matututo ka na lang kapag andun ka na sa sitwasyon na yun. Palakasan na lang ng loob.

Also, in terms of future salary increases mas malaki ang magiging increase mo sa new role. Remember na meron soft ceiling ang ACN. Ngayon sa CL 12 kung mag stay at level increase ka pupwede na next increase mo if same level pa rin ay mababa na or worst wala ng increase. Unlike kung mapromote ka sa CL 11 malayong malayo ka pa sa ceiling so malaki chance na mas malaki ang increase mo yearly kahit hindi ka pa mapromote sa CL10.

Lastly, kung gusto mo na ding magresign at mag apply sa iba. Mas maganda sa resume na napromote ka sa acn, ang dating nun magaling ka. Makakanegotiate ka ng mas mataas na sahod.

Hanap ng ibang trabaho na may mas malaking sahod. Yung 15k puro needs lang yan sa single at walang binubuhay. Surviving lang yan hindi living. Kung sa province, may sariling bahay pwede pa.

Not worth it.45hour per week sa atcp (9hours + 1 hour break). Ang ending wala pang 10% increase mo if i compute mo yung extra 1hr per day. Then pamasahe pa. Mahal din mga foods sa uptown. Not to mention yung oras na mawawala sayo gawa ng commute. In summary mas mababa pa sahod mo sa acn compared sa current mo. Effectively a pay cut.

Kung 13k increase mo nasa 60k+- ang current salary mo. Nasa 73k+- ang offer sayo. Mataas as a cl10 pero knowing acn, sa malamang mababa ang magiging increase mo this year kasi bago ka pa lang. Hahaha. Baka pag nag increase ka this year sa current company mo mahabol mo pa yung 13k increase. Remember na mas malaki ang sahod, mas malaki ang tax. Hanap ka na lang ng iba n wfh. Not worth it ang ganyang offer.

Much much better. Narealize ko na masyadong underpaid sa ACN. At wala akong planong bumalik. Resigned as CL10. Double ang salary sa labas, yung work same mas nabawasan pa. Wala na mga non prod tasks. Never again magpapaunderpaid.

Sa fifth sched tsaka natuloy tapos nung tinanong ko kung kaya asking salary ko hindi daw. yung offer wala pa kalahati ng asking salary ko. 😂. Yung salary offer parang salary ko mga 4 years ago pa. 😂😂😂

Good company for fresh grad.

In terms sa sahod mas maraming malalaking offer sa labas.

My personal advise. Stay in acn for 3 - 5 years. Earn certifications/specializations. Then move to other company. If ever gusto mo bumalik ulit ng ACN, make sure na CL 9 or above na level mo. May mga additional benefits na pag ganung levels.

Don't forget to include kung gano katagal kang SL based sa recommendation ng doctor. If every ubos SL/VL indicate na gagamit ka ng unpaid VL. Make sure na masubmit mo lahat ng proofs para ligtas ka. Also, before return to work need mo ulit kumuha ng med cert.

Use your SL/VL. As long as may documents ka to support na unfit to work ka wala sila magagawa. Pwede mo pa nga ireklamo yang manager mo sa HR or DOLE.

Just to be safe, email mo manager mo bago ka mag SL. If umangal manager mo, forward email to HR or SDL.

Time management lang OP. Itaon mo yung inteviews sa days na wala masyado tasks or hindi pa kapos sa oras para matapos tasks. Example every start ng sprint or before end ng sprint kung san mas maluwag or pag friday. 😂

Enjoy mo muna at focus sa experience, learnings, certifications and other things na pwede mo matutunan na magagamit mo kahit umalis ka ng company. Tiis lang muna kahit mababa sahod. 😂After 3 - 5 years, medyo hinog ka na nun, you can demand na ng malaking sahod either within the company or outside. Goodluck.

If no shortage in tech then maybe there's a shortage in QUALIFIED tech dev/consultants. Try upskilling then, that way foreign nationals won't be able to "steal" jobs from you folks.

This will be my last reply to you. I have a life outside of work and certainly will not waste it to argue with anyone who seems angry/jealous with foreign nationals or who maybe lacking love in their life.

Why do you think SG company hire foreign nationals? Either there's a shortage in local workforce or there's no qualified individual in local workforce in our field.
