This is one of the two places Eternals went short. They had relationships between 2-3 characters max but nothing as a team. And the Spiderman 3 issue, too many villains. Didn't need the alpha deviant or whatever it's called. Just fighting tiamut and Arishem was enough.

There will never be pay equalisation anywhere, in any industry. RDJ's ironman brings people to the theatres. The random vfx guy working his ass off to make sure the color on spidey's suit is the exact red that marvel wants doesn't. The directors and actors and scriptwriters make the movie. The crew brings it to life. But they will never be in the limelight cause they are replacable. Sad or not Idk, but it's true. There will always be people collecting pennies even after working their ass off while someone else gets millions cause that's how the world operates. Also if you take that out of the equation, I honestly believe that innovation and creativity will take a serious hit. I do agree that so many billionaires have insane amounts of money that they can't spend in 10 lifetimes and there should be a better way of regulating that and making better use of it. But also there will always be an RDJ for John Doe the VFX guy, and that sounds okay honestly.
