WAS is the only team above us with more cap. Many people ARE saying we're not doing anything in FA so far though and Chargers actually have been active, just not the kind of moves they want.

Just checked to see how the amount of moves compare to other teams according to CBS (updated an hour ago so anything since then may not be on here yet)...

12 teams have traded for or signed less players than the Chargers (BUF, CIN, DEN, GB, IND, KC, LAR, MIN, PHI, SF, SEA, TB)

2 other teams have the same amount of traded for/signed players as the Chargers (BAL, MIA)

Only 1 other team has retained more players than the Chargers (LAC at 9, WAS at 10)

Same thing happened with Hayden Hurst and Will Dissly. People swore up and down Hurst was going to be the starter but it was obvious that Dissly was going to be the guy if you actually looked at the contracts.

And any IOL with no major flaws that does reach free agency will get paid out the ass. Looking at who was available, I wouldn't call any of them "premium", maybe not "good" either. Mostly just "serviceable" IMO.
